At Indian Lake a “high-end” house builder called for my “Registered Engineering” help when the recently changed FEMA floodplain became an issue to him and his client. Mr. Norton will explain the issues and the outcome when the contractor planned to tear down an old house and build a new larger home on the waterfront of one of the Indian Lake islands.
